Jai Gajanan Enterprise manufactures fountain pen nibs for existing fountain pens or full custom nib designs for independent pen turners. Our specialty is flexible fountain pen nibs for calligraphers and artists. These nibs are made from a 14k gold alloys specifically designed for flexible fountain pen nibs.
As nib manufacturer, we also supply complete nib systems consisting of a nib, an ink-feed system and an additional section in various surface finishes in accordance with the individual nibs. We make a wide variety of housings that allow fitting excellent nibs from pens not designed for these nibs.
Our factory is expected to be in volume production of flexible fountain pen nibs in 2021. Our production permits narrow tolerances.
We rely on modern CAD technology, own designed production machines and much more, with which we ensure precision down to the smallest detail.
